About the Role

As a Service Technician for our client in Västerås, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customer receives the best possible service. You will join a team of service technicians on-site in Västerås, as well as a larger work group with several HVAC technicians in both service and contracting.

Typical Duties:

- Pipe replacement

- General HVAC work

- Problem solving

- Heat pumps

- Sub-stations

- Welding

- Culverts

- Mixer replacement

- etc.

Who are you?

We are looking for an educated/certified HVAC technician. We believe you have the ambition to develop your skills. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, responsible, and have the ability to solve problems. IVAB always strives to maintain the highest quality in executed work and to maintain long-term relationships with customers and clients; therefore, it is important that you have a strong service mindset. We further believe that you have good customer service skills and are service-oriented. You must also be able to work both independently and in a team.

Requirements:

• Driver's license (Class B)

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
