ABOUT THE ROLE

Welcome to our teams in Västerås and Sundbyberg! As a project manager, you will work on various projects for clients in the rail vehicle industry. You will manage both small and large projects related to train maintenance and upgrades, following the project from start to finish with the support of appropriate project methodologies. You will also ensure quality and bear the financial responsibility for the projects.

The focuses may vary but primarily include:

• Maintenance projects for vehicles
• Requirements management and validation
• Procurement
• RAM and Safety
• Quality review
• Renovations
• Investigations

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with experience in project management within the industrial sector. You have a desire to constantly develop and possess the ability to lead and motivate others. It is a significant advantage if you have understanding and experience from the rail vehicle industry.

We believe you are an engaged person, and your social skills enable you to collaborate well with various individuals in different contexts. You have strong leadership qualities and a clear and driving presence with the ability to push projects forward and deliver within set deadlines. To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant university or college degree.
