Excavator Operators Wanted for Assignments in Luleå & Boden

Nkraft Bemanning continues to grow and is now looking for experienced excavator operators for assignments in Luleå and Boden.

We can arrange accommodation if needed, making this position suitable even for those living elsewhere.

We are looking for you who are driven, meticulous, and eager to work on projects alongside some of Sweden's leading construction and contracting companies.

About the Role

As an excavator operator with us, you will work on varied projects within site preparation and civil engineering. You are responsible for operating and handling the excavator safely and efficiently, while being a key part of the production on-site.

The work can be scheduled during daytime Monday–Friday or in shifts (7/7), depending on the project.

Responsibilities

• Operating excavators in site and civil engineering projects
• Excavation, planning, and handling of materials
• Performing daily inspections and basic maintenance of the machine
• Working according to drawings, setting out, and instructions
• Collaborating with site managers, foremen, and other professional groups
• Contributing to a safe and efficient workplace

We are looking for someone who

• Has an excavator operator's license or apprenticeship book
• Has previous experience as an excavator operator
• Has a Category B driver's license
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a team environment

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience with GPS/machine control systems

• Work location: Luleå & Boden
• Working hours: Monday–Friday or 7/7 shifts
• Start date: As agreed
• Salary according to collective agreement
• Accommodation can be arranged if needed
