We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our client, an international company within the construction and industrial solutions sector. You will become part of a key function responsible for order management, deliveries, invoicing, and customs handling for exports.
In this role, you will work with customers worldwide and actively contribute to delivering high service, solving problems, and ensuring smooth logistics flows. You will have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally in an international environment where no two days are alike.
Examples of typical tasks:
• Register incoming internal and external orders
• Plan and book transport for global deliveries
• Work with export documentation
• Handle internal sales between companies
• Perform debit and credit transactions
• Work in CRM systems with case management, prioritization, and distribution
Your Profile:
Essential Requirements:
• Previous work experience in logistics
• You are meticulous, structured, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a solution-oriented approach
• You enjoy collaborating and building good relationships with colleagues and customers
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
