As a Robotics Engineer for our client, you will become part of a leading company in the automation industry. In this position, you will work with robot programming in RobotStudio and commissioning of automation equipment within industrial operations, such as robot cells, assembly equipment, and special machines. You will participate in projects from the sales phase until the facility is commissioned and handed over to the customer. You will operate from our client's premises where you test-run your equipment, but you will also visit customers on-site, for example, during commissioning. Shorter trips are therefore part of the job.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with robot programming in RobotStudio.
• Collaborating closely with the project team to ensure that every solution meets the customer's specifications and quality requirements.
• Contributing your technical expertise and insights throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and design to installation and handover.
• Conducting test runs and commissioning both at our client's premises and on-site at the customer's location.
• Working with customers from various industries, including some of the most prominent companies in their respective fields.

• You have knowledge of robot programming in RobotStudio and simulation.
• You have at least one to two years of work experience in robot programming, preferably within the automation industry.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as communication occurs internally and externally.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have knowledge of vision technology, preferably Cognex.
• Have knowledge of high-level programming (Python and/or C++).
• Have a post-secondary technical education in automation, robotics, mechatronics, or a similar field.
• Have more than two years of work experience in robot programming.

This is a long-term consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday with the ambition to be hired directly by the client (umbrella recruitment).
