About the Role

Ikett is currently seeking a Project Manager for Siemens Energy in Trollhättan.

Here is what a typical workday might look like:
You start the day by reviewing your scheduled meetings. You have a scheduled visit from a potential machine supplier that you need to prepare for. Later in the day, you attend a steering committee meeting where you report the status of the 4 projects you are currently driving. Since one of the projects has been put on hold to prioritize regular production, you need a steering committee decision to move forward; you bring well-prepared documentation to this meeting.

In preparation for an upcoming project, you have prepared a budget and are now seeking funding. You plan to complete this in the afternoon after the department's monthly meeting. At the monthly meeting, you present the status of the projects you are driving and decide whether we can implement the new project process that you and your fellow project managers have developed.

How you will make an impact:

• Work on various projects within digitalization, production improvements, and machine investments.
• Be responsible for creating schedules, resource plans, and budgets for given projects.
• Drive projects and report them to the steering committee and other stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• You have previous experience in production.
• You have strong leadership qualities and the ability to coach.
• You are proficient in business systems SAP and PLM2020.
• You are accustomed to working in cross-functional teams.
• You have experience with schedules, resource plans, and project reporting.

Start Date: By agreement.
