About the Role
As a Product Developer in our dedicated team, you will play a central role from concept to launch. You will plan and develop new products and further develop existing ones, always with consumer insights and quality in focus. The work is characterized by curiosity, creativity, and an open exchange of ideas, knowledge, and experiences.

You will build a deep understanding of how raw materials, additives, and process parameters affect the product's properties, taste, and quality. You will work both independently and in teams, where engagement, initiative, and responsibility go hand in hand with structure, order, and careful documentation. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have the ability to prioritize what is most important amidst the noise and make well-founded decisions. A genuine interest in flavors and sensory science, where product tasting is a natural part of the work, is central.

In the role of part-time project leader, you are responsible for the development part of the projects and ensure that requirements and wishes are smoothly integrated into the final product. With your problem-solving skills and willingness to collaborate, you ensure that all product properties are combined into a holistic product with clear product and manufacturing specifications. You ensure that the product meets consumer needs, that additives and flavorings are approved, and that the product meets sensory, chemical, and legal requirements. The role is part of Product Development, within Product & Technology Development.

About You
We believe you either have a Master's degree in natural sciences with a focus on chemistry or food science, or alternatively several years of experience in product development work or other consumer-oriented development work within food, pharmaceuticals, or similar fields.

As a person, you are proactive, confident, and solution-oriented with a systematic and structured way of working. You enjoy responsibility and make your own decisions, while contributing energy and a positive attitude to the team. You like to evaluate and test products and possess a fully functional sense of smell, taste, and color. With your communication skills, you ensure that everyone involved works towards the same goal and that the project achieves set results. Furthermore, you are analytical, creative, and results-oriented. You thrive in an organization that is in constant change and where there are great opportunities to influence and take personal responsibility. The role involves many cross-functional contacts, so if you like building relationships and working closely with other functions, you will thrive. To be successful in the role, you must speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
