ACG Pulse develops, produces, markets, and installs automated handling systems along with associated software, services, and support for customers. The systems are sold and installed across Europe. ACG Pulse AB employs approximately 35 people and is part of the ACG Group AB.

As a Project Manager at ACG Pulse, you will manage sold customer projects. Once a project is sold and handed over by the sales team, you will lead the project from order review to accepted delivery and handover to our after-sales organization. You will ensure customer commitments and internal progress align with the project plan, conducting regular project reviews within the organization and with the customer.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and drive our customer projects internally and externally, from order to delivery
• Work closely with IT managers on assigned projects
• Be responsible for delivery and installation planning
• Draw and adjust layouts in CAD
• Direct and support our technicians during installation in consultation with the production manager
• Work on improving project and installation processes

In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with our customers, salespeople, agents, IT project managers, and our production team. The position reports directly to the company's Operations Manager, and the workplace is located in Borås. The company's customers are primarily located in Northern and Northern Europe.

To be a strong candidate for this role, you should have a technical high school education or equivalent experience. We expect you to have worked in a project management role for a few years, preferably within IT or the manufacturing industry. Experience with project management tools and CAD is an asset. You must communicate fluently in Swedish and English; knowledge of German or French is a significant plus. You must hold a B driver's license.

Furthermore, you have the ability to work both independently and in a team, and you find it easy to communicate with both colleagues and customers.
