Familjens Jurist Contact Center is often the client's first point of contact with us, where you, as a meeting scheduler, play a vital role. About the Role

We are currently seeking summer temporary staff for our Contact Center who can work full-time during weeks 26–33, with the possibility of an earlier start. As a meeting scheduler, you will become an important link between our clients and our lawyers. Your main responsibility is to book advisory meetings and offer holistic solutions tailored to the client's needs via incoming and outgoing calls, chat, and email.

The work involves guiding the client correctly through needs analysis and ensuring a positive customer experience. With self-leadership and a sense of responsibility, you contribute to both the team's success and a developing, pleasant work environment.

Your daily routine is characterized by creating satisfied customers, achieving common goals, and promoting an efficient and positive work culture. Working hours are weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Prior to starting, you will receive an introduction and training lasting approximately 2–3 weeks.

What You Bring With You

• Completed high school education
• Good computer skills and experience with the Office package
• Meritorious experience in customer service or sales
• Structured and orderly in your work
• Attentive, clear, and communicative
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Care and confidence when meeting people, regardless of their life situation.
