For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are currently seeking a Production Project Manager for an assignment at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs.

Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment with numerous development opportunities.

This is initially a 12-month consultancy assignment via Unik Resurs with excellent possibilities for extension.

We apply continuous selection, which means the assignment may be filled earlier than the final application date.

Tasks and Areas of Responsibility

In the role of Project Manager, you are responsible for driving and developing projects within production, with a focus on digitalization, improvement work, and machine investments. You work closely with both production and other functions in the organization and play a central role in ensuring progress and results.

Among other things, you will:

• Lead projects from idea to implementation and follow-up
• Develop and monitor schedules, resource plans, and budgets
• Drive projects in digitalization, production improvements, and investments
• Prepare and present decision-making materials to the steering group
• Monitor project status and report to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal functions
• Contribute to the development of working methods and project processes

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in production who enjoys a role where you can combine structure, technology, and leadership. You have a good ability to drive work forward and create engagement in the teams you work with.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have experience from the manufacturing industry or production
• Have good leadership qualities and the ability to coach others
• Are used to working in cross-functional teams
• Have experience in project management, including planning, resource allocation, and follow-up
• Have good knowledge of SAP and PLM2020 (or similar systems)
• Communicate clearly and are confident in presenting to various target groups

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize in an environment where conditions can change. You are unpretentious, collaborate well with others, and enjoy a role where you take responsibility and drive development forward.
