For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now seeking a Supplier Quality Professional for an assignment at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment with many development opportunities. This is initially a 12-month consultant assignment via Unik Resurs with a very good possibility of extension.

Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Supplier Quality Professional, you will play a central role in ensuring the quality of Core Components throughout the entire chain, from the first supplier contact to final delivery. You will be an important part of driving deviation management with high precision, working closely with both internal teams and suppliers to ensure that measures have real and long-term effects. The role suits you if you thrive in an environment where quality, analysis, and improvement work are in focus, and where you have the opportunity to influence both processes and ways of working in a sustainable manner.

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Lead and coordinate deviation management through all phases from registration to implementation and follow-up.
• Ensure that suppliers conduct correct root cause analyses (RCA) and that measures prevent recurring errors.
• Analyze statistics and trends to verify measures and identify recurring patterns.
• Prepare materials and reports for meetings such as Supplier Performance Review and NCC Q-gate.
• Drive continuous improvements through process development and support of supplier development within your area of responsibility.

You will become part of a quality and supplier development team with a total of 22 knowledgeable colleagues, including both Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE). Here, the team works closely with strategic procurement, production, and logistics to ensure the highest possible quality in deliveries. Your Profile

You are confident in your communication and have the ability to create good collaborations, both internally and externally, while working systematically and carefully in your daily work.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience from production, logistics, procurement, quality, or similar areas.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Thorough understanding of material flows, efficient inventory management, and working with quality-controlled processes.
• Good experience with SAP or equivalent business systems.
• Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and deviation management is an asset.
