Program Quality Manager (PQM)Do you want to combine quality management with problem-solving and business development? As a Program Quality Manager (PQM), you will have the opportunity to challenge existing ways of working and drive continuous improvements in one of our client's most advanced programs.About the Role

As a Program Quality Manager, you will be the point of contact for all quality-related matters with our clients. You will plan, lead, and follow up on quality activities to ensure and further develop our quality performance across the entire organization. You will:

  • Lead quality work within the business and continuously analyze areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with requirements and that quality standards are met
  • Participate in customer and certification audits
  • Drive corrective actions, preventive work, and root cause analysis
  • Work closely with customers, suppliers, certification bodies, and internal functions
  • Challenge existing ways of working and contribute to more efficient workflows
  • Develop and implement processes and routines together with managers and colleagues

To thrive in this role, you need to be communicative, curious, and engaged – and appreciate the combination of technology, structure, and relationships. Requirements – What You Need to Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: quality management, project management, production technology
  • Fluent English in both speech and writing
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Valuable Experience)
  • Problem-solving methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma)
  • Experience with management systems and quality audits
  • Knowledge of the aerospace and defense industry
  • Experience with AS/EN9100 or other relevant quality standards
  • Work in international projects and intercultural environments
  • Leadership and project management
  • Experience with series production
