As one of our calculation engineers has started in the role of Team Lead, a position as a Stress Engineer is now open. We are looking for someone with expertise in calculations to join our team to develop our unmanned helicopter system.

Calculation Engineer with us:

You will become part of the Aerostructure & Installations department, which focuses on hardware for both our unmanned helicopter and our ground station. You will join a wonderful team that works closely together, consisting of Designers, Systems Engineers, Wiring Designers, and Production Engineers.

In the role of Calculation Engineer, you will:

• Ensure that products meet all requirements for static strength, fatigue, and damage tolerance.

• Develop design solutions together with others, considering aspects such as weight, production method, material selection, and cost.

• Specify and evaluate verification tests.

• Identify and propose improvements in functionality, manufacturability, and customer benefits.

• Participate in conceptual studies to define design proposals.

• Participate in identifying maintenance and repair needs.

• Support our Production and Flight Test departments with problem-solving.

You have a few years of experience in a similar role; experience from the aviation industry is a merit. We prefer that you have experience working with CATIA and HyperWorks, but it is not a requirement.

The position requires both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
