All employees perform all tasks at our stores, making the work very fun and varied. A workday can include customer service, price tagging, inventory, as well as receiving and unpacking goods. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic organization with friendly colleagues and a strong company culture!

As a store salesperson, your main tasks are to:

• Actively work with customer service – we want to provide all customers with first-class service.
• Sell high-quality building materials at the best prices on the market.
• Maintain order in the premises and ensure shelves are always well-stocked.
• Pick lumber, take inventory, handle deliveries, and price-tag goods to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Help measure and count customers' goods.

Qualifications:

• Have an interest in renovation and construction, retail, and customer service.
• Be driven by sales and exceeding customer expectations.
• Hold a B-class driver's license.
• Be able to calculate and measure customers' goods without difficulty.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and be able to make yourself understood in English.
• Be available to work during the store's opening hours.
• Be able to uphold and work according to our values.

Desirable personal traits:

• Service-oriented – have a willingness to work with service and a passion for sales.
• Fast, efficient, responsive, and flexible – traits that create a good customer experience.
• Taking responsibility – for your own development and the store's success – with a "team before self" attitude.
• Have drive and commitment to the store.
• Can work independently and be self-motivated.
• Accustomed to taking initiative and seeing what needs to be done.
• Curious to learn new things.

Other:

• Experience in construction, retail, and customer service is an asset.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Forklift training and licenses are provided internally at the store.

Working hours:

• According to the store's opening hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• The position is a fixed-term employment starting 2026-04-10 and ending 2026-08-31.
