About the role:

As a Kitchen Assistant with us, you will play a central role in the kitchen. Your tasks include preparing and cooking cold dishes as well as lighter hot dishes such as salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and desserts. You will be responsible for ensuring the food maintains the highest quality and an appealing presentation. The work is done with fresh and seasonal ingredients, and you play a key role in ensuring good hygiene and order in the kitchen. Collaboration with other kitchen and serving staff is an important part of the role, as is being involved in creating and developing new creative dishes.

The position is 75–100% based on agreement.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a kitchen assistant or equivalent education.
• Is meticulous, creative, and has an eye for detail.
• Has good knowledge of food hygiene and self-control.
• Can work efficiently at a high pace and is stress-resistant.
• Is a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Is flexible and can work days, evenings, and weekends.
