Do you love cooking and want to contribute to children and young people receiving good, nutritious meals every day? We are currently looking for engaged chefs who want to work on assignment in preschools and schools in Stockholm, Ekerö, Tyresö, and Huddinge. Assignments vary in length, from single days to longer periods, giving you both variety and the opportunity to develop in your role.

Responsibilities
As a chef in schools and preschools, you will:

• Prepare and serve meals according to current routines

• Be responsible for other tasks in the daily kitchen operations

• Follow self-control programs and other guidelines at the workplace

Requirements for the position

• 3-year upper secondary education in restaurant/food program or equivalent vocational training

• At least 1 year of documented experience from restaurants, large-scale kitchens, or school kitchens

• Education in food hygiene/HACCP (diploma required)

• Further education in handling and preparation of special diets

• Valid extract from the criminal register for work in schools and preschools

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written (meaning you must be able to understand information and instructions communicated in both ways)
