We are looking for an Evening Head Waiter to take care of our guests on board during our events.

About the role

As the evening supervisor, you play a key role during our events. You lead the service team, ensure high quality in the guest experience, and are responsible for operations during the evening.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute work in service/bar during events
• Ensure alcohol service complies with applicable laws
• Guarantee a high level of service and guest satisfaction
• Handle closing procedures and reconciliations
• Act as the contact point between the kitchen, service staff, and the person in charge on board

About you

• At least 3 years of experience in service/events
• Previous experience in a leadership role is an asset
• Confident in service, pace, and responsibility
• Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative
• Fluent in Swedish and English
