Within the Health and Medical Care Administration, primary care, dental care, and hospital care are gathered in a common administration and organized into county and local healthcare areas. The Skellefteå local healthcare area includes the Emergency Department, Medical and Geriatric Clinic, Rehabilitation Center, Psychiatric Clinic, 1177, the Center for Surgical Activities, as well as primary care in Skellefteå and Norsjö. Together, these units strive to provide good and accessible care.
Primary Care North Skellefteå consists of the health centers Kåge, Morö Backe, Ursviken, and Byske. Here, we work together to develop primary care with a vital spirit.
Kåge Health Centre – For you who want to work and live near the sea!
Here, you will meet a large mix of young and elderly people in a growing community. Working at Kåge Health Centre means you will have a varied, challenging, and developmental job in close collaboration with a well-functioning team of 15 employees. Everyone cares about each other's work environment, and we constantly hold a dialogue on how it can be developed and improved. There are approximately 5,000 registered patients here.
The health center is located outside the Skellefteå urban area with good bus connections to the center. Kåge also has Skellefteå's largest small boat harbor, located in Kågefjärden, well-protected and directly adjacent to a cozy harbor café that is well worth a visit. The areas around Kåge offer great opportunities for rich nature experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a district nurse or nurse with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure.
Your tasks at the health center span a broad area and cover the general medical mission where you meet patients of all ages and in various situations. You work in a health-promoting manner with counseling and treatment in primary care, both via telephone, e-services, and at the clinic.
Work is carried out through both acute and planned activities. Close collaboration takes place with your colleagues on the unit and interprofessionally, but also with other actors such as the municipality and other specialist care. Your tasks also include follow-ups on antipsychotic medication on assignment from psychiatry.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse or nurse.
You are meticulous, take great responsibility for your work and your workplace, and are confident in your profession. You can work both independently and in a team and have good social skills. You are a present and positive person who, with expert knowledge and care, sees the patient and contributes to a holistic view that makes the care process better and safer. You enjoy collaborating and being there for other people.
We expect you to prioritize good treatment and actively work to develop relationships and be positive towards improvement work to develop the operations.
