You will become part of an organization embarking on an exciting digitalization journey, where data structuring and the development of AI-supported information solutions are central parts of the future way of working.

We are seeking, on behalf of our client, a Product Information Writer with a strong interest in technical components. You will join a team consisting of both senior and junior engineers, where you will jointly be responsible for creating, improving, and publishing technical information about products and systems.

The work involves collecting, structuring, and improving technical information for various stakeholders, from installers and service technicians to product developers and end-users. A key part of the role is to develop installation instructions for new components and update service and product information as products evolve. You will work closely with other functions, such as the service organization and product development, implying close collaboration and many points of contact within the business.

The organization consists of several teams, one focusing on technical documentation and another on data management and information structure. These teams work closely together, especially in structuring and tagging data so that AI solutions can be used to automate and streamline information flows, for example by generating documentation and manuals.

• Create, update, and publish technical product information
• Develop installation and service instructions for new components
• Structure and ensure the quality of technical information in various systems
• Work with illustrations and image presentation based on CAD models
• Collaborate with product developers, service functions, and other stakeholders
• Work with documentation and publishing tools, e.g., CMS systems

• A university degree or Master of Science in Engineering in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Good ability to write and structure technical information
• Curious about data, digitalization, and AI
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, as these are used in daily work
• Valid driver's license (Class B)

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the client and our side is for you to subsequently become a permanent employee at the client company.
