PSRETAIL creates the meeting point between brands and people. Do you like it when plans actually become reality? When we work on projects, we become an extension of our clients' teams – and that is where you come in as the bridge between our team and the client's. You ensure that what is requested gets done, with quality and an eye for what works – both for the client and within the project. You will work closely with our Key Account Managers, designers, and constructors, as well as external suppliers. You will naturally move between different contact points and ensure we become a team working towards the same goal. The role involves great variation as we have projects of different sizes, complexities, and characters – from store establishments on international markets to special fittings and pilot projects. This demands structure, collaboration, and your sense of what actually works in practice.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive projects from start to finish – from idea and planning to final delivery in the store.
• Ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Maintain the dialogue between the client, the team, and suppliers.
• Create structure in the project and keep track of both progress and finances.
• Make decisions, solve challenges, and maintain momentum along the way.
• Lead meetings and manage changes as the project evolves.
• Contribute to improving working methods and developing how we drive our projects forward.

Your main workplace is our HQ in Hillerstorp, with the possibility to also spend some time at the office in Jönköping. You will report directly to our CEO.

YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone with experience in project management, preferably within construction, interior design, retail, or a related field. You are used to driving projects with many stakeholders and have a good sense of what is required to make it work – both in delivery and in business. Having a technical education as a foundation is a plus, but not a requirement. You enjoy taking responsibility, making decisions, and driving work forward. At the same time, you are someone who works well in a team, builds relationships, and creates trust – both internally and with the client.
