About the position

As a Site Supervisor at Pollex, you will play a central role in our projects. You are responsible for ensuring that work on site progresses according to plan, with the right quality and within given frameworks. The role is varied and involves working closely with production while handling administrative tasks – a combination of practical leadership and structure.

You will be based at our office in Arlöv and work regionally within Southern Sweden. In this role, you will report to the Regional Manager.

Your main responsibilities:

• Site supervision in contracting projects
• Ensuring quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety work at the site
• Customer contact and project coordination
• Administrative tasks such as daily logs, ÄTA management, and self-inspections
• Participating in relining and water/sewage (VA) works as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in another leadership role
• At least 5 years of experience in the civil engineering/construction industry
• Practical experience with water and sewage (VA) works
• Class B driver's license
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
