Your Role

We are now looking for driven construction workers who want to grow with us. At MGAB, you will become a key player in our projects where quality, safety, and efficiency are the focus.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform earthworks and construction tasks according to drawings and instructions.
• Ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with laws and routines.
• Contribute to projects meeting time and quality standards.
• Take responsibility for tools, materials, and machinery.
• Collaborate with site management, machine operators, and colleagues.

Examples of Work Tasks

• Excavation, filling, and compaction.
• Installation of water, sewage, surface water, and drainage systems.
• Laying of curbs, pavers, and other surfacing.
• Preparation of surfaces for asphalt, gravel, and green areas.
• Height and position checks using laser/surveying instruments.
• Minor machine operation (if qualified).

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience reading blueprints.
• Proficiency with lasers and surveying instruments.
• A Class B driver's license (required).

• Flexible and proactive even when conditions change.
