Site Manager for Exciting Construction Projects – Join a Strong Team!

We are now looking for an engaged and results-oriented Site Manager with a background in earthworks and civil engineering for a long-term consultancy assignment (minimum 1 year). You will be employed by Prowork and work on-site at our client's location. The project starts in April/May, and working hours will be Monday to Thursday.

About the Role

You will work on an exciting earthworks and civil engineering project in Denmark, alongside an experienced and tightly knit team.

As a Site Manager, you play a central role in the project. You are responsible for daily production and ensure that work progresses according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements – with a strong focus on working environment and safety.

Responsibilities

• Participate in risk assessments and develop action plans
• Contribute to occupational health and safety and environmental plans
• Develop schedules
• Plan resources and manage permits
• Lead daily production
• Conduct safety rounds and inspections
• Monitor schedules and manage deviations
• Handle purchasing to a certain extent
• Participate in construction meetings and dialogue with the client
• Ensure requirements are met prior to handover
• Compile documentation for final inspection

We are looking for you who

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering (or similar role)
• Have knowledge of AMA, MER, and AB04/ABT06
• Have basic knowledge of contract law
• Have good computer skills
• Hold a B-class driver's license
