As an installer at NIBA, you will work on the assembly and joining of façade, door, and glass sections at customer sites or construction sites. The work is based on customers' specific requirements and drawings. You will be an important part of the process from idea to finished product and will also support production when needed. The role is varied and requires both precision and flexibility. In the role of installer, you will work alongside an experienced installer. You will be installing at customer sites across the entire Skåne region. Examples of tasks: • Assembly of aluminum sections according to drawings • Joining of façade, door, and glass sections • Possible demolition, drilling, and sealing • Support in production when needed WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Here we are looking for a team player who is reliable, service-oriented, and flexible. You always ensure a professional impression, are communicative, and enjoy a role where you meet customers. The role requires you to function well in a team, but also to take responsibility and work independently when necessary. Essential Requirements: • Handy, either self-taught or with relevant education in construction, for example • Class B driver's license • Swedish language skills (spoken and written) For this position, a drug test and a criminal background check are required. Advantageous: • Class BE driver's license, manual transmission • Previous experience in installing windows or doors • Certificates for heavy lifting, hot work, scaffolding, or fall protection • Forklift license ABOUT THE COMPANY NIBA is a stable and modern company with 11 employees that has achieved success since 1974 through great responsibility and high quality.
