System Developer at SPV – Create Social Value in Sundsvall
The Swedish National Pension Agency (SPV) is one of Sweden's largest providers of pension services. We manage occupational pensions and insurance for employers in the public sector and serve over 1.1 million customers, including current and former public sector employees and retirees. Our office is located in Sundsvall.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a System Developer, you will work alongside other roles in an agile team to develop, operate, and maintain various systems and services. The team is involved in the entire development process—from requirements gathering, design/architecture, and development to testing. You will drive your own development as a team and work in close contact with other development and business teams within SPV. You will participate in continuous development work and ensure high availability through improvement initiatives, troubleshooting, analysis, and bug fixes.
It is important that you are interested in learning about our operations to contribute effectively to the areas your team supports. You must be aware that your team's tasks are part of a larger context and be willing to take shared responsibility for them.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who meets one of the following criteria:
- A degree in IT and at least 3 years of work experience as a system developer,
- Or at least 5 years of work experience as a system developer.
You have experience with object-oriented programming, e.g., C# or Java. You have experience with SQL Server or similar (queries, procedures, data models) and with Azure DevOps or similar tools for planning, CI/CD, and code management.
You have good skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
We consider the following experience as an asset:
- .NET/.NET Core in combination with C#
- NServiceBus or similar message bus
- API development (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger, versioning, security)
- Clean Code and Clean Architecture
- Development in a container environment
