In the role of Service Technician, you will work practically to ensure that the aftermarket functions as intended. You are responsible for commissioning, service, and maintenance of low- and high-voltage switchgear, circuit breakers, and associated components. The work also includes relay protection testing, troubleshooting, reading circuit diagrams, and PLC programming. You will work with monitoring systems such as EPMS and SCADA, ensuring that installations are correctly set up, tested, and documented.

Responsibilities

The role of Service Technician is varied, and you will work with commissioning, programming, and maintenance of advanced power systems, such as switchgear, relay protection, and circuit breakers, for their customers in industry and data centers.

The role will include, among other things:

  • Commissioning of data centers, switchgear, and circuit breakers.
  • Programming of relay protection using test equipment.
  • Service and maintenance of switchgear, circuit breakers, and associated components.
  • Reading and interpreting circuit diagrams to perform service and maintenance.
  • Programming of PLC systems.
  • Work with low- and high-voltage installations.

We are looking for you who

  • Have at least a high school education in electricity, electronics, or an equivalent field, preferably with a focus on electrical installation or industrial automation.
  • Have previous work experience in power engineering where you have worked with transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear.
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as the tasks require it.
  • Have a B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience with relay protection technology.
  • Knowledge of SCADA and EPMS systems.
  • Experience with PLC programming.
