WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE

• Together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring the store is always ready for customers, and achieving good sales results.
• You ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude, and a positive, energetic work environment.
• You support the Store Manager by communicating, leading, and coaching the store team.
• You conduct sales training with the employees in the store.
• You are happy to roll up your sleeves and get to work where needed, from goods receiving to sales.
