About the job

You will be a central point of contact for our customers and internal partners regarding order management. You will work closely with production planning, product owners, and global planning teams to create smooth delivery flows and ensure clear communication.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage orders, invoicing, and shipping of sales orders.
• Report order status to regions, customers, and global planning.
• Drive the introduction and phase-out work for rotating products and perform inventory analyses and scrapping.
• Be responsible for export and customs-related issues and processes.
• Drive continuous improvements.

Location

The position is based at our site in Sandviken where you will be a present colleague.

About you

You have a post-secondary education in industrial economics, economics, or logistics – or equivalent competence. You have good system skills and thrive in a role with many points of contact.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of transport, warehousing, and forwarding.
• Knowledge of export as well as documented competence in customs issues and customs handling.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You work in a structured manner, are communicative, and enjoy a service-oriented role. You find solutions, collaborate willingly, and meet customers in a professional and attentive manner.
