About the Role As an Idea Coach and Event Manager, you are a key figure in our work to create meeting places and processes that help companies, organizations, and individuals take the next step in their transformation and innovation journey. You will alternate between coaching idea owners and planning, executing, and following up on activities and events – such as workshops, inspirational lectures, and networking meetings.

In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with the team in Hudiksvall and colleagues in other parts of RISE to shape content, find relevant speakers and partners, ensure a great participant experience, and translate lessons learned into the next activity.

In the role of Idea Coach and Event Manager at the Regional Transformation unit, you will report to the Unit Manager. The position is a temporary assignment covering parental leave (duration to be agreed upon). Travel will occur primarily in Gävleborg but also elsewhere in the country. You have the option to work daily at the office in Hudiksvall or in a hybrid format, working a few days a week from home.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who thrives in an outgoing role where you build relationships, bring people together, and can translate needs into well-planned activities and events. You are confident in leading groups and conversations, and you take responsibility for the whole picture – from invitation and logistics to execution and follow-up. You enjoy testing new things, capturing lessons learned, and continuously improving how we create value for our target groups.

Requirements:

• Education and/or work experience in events, communication, project management, or innovation support

• Experience in generating inflow of, and coaching, idea owners, as well as facilitating and creating momentum in ideas and development initiatives

• Experience in planning and executing activities with many stakeholders

• Ability to drive multiple processes in parallel with both structure and creativity

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Personal qualities:

• Curious and attentive

• Ability to build trust in meetings with others

• Self-driven and enjoy driving your areas of responsibility forward
