Do you want to help strengthen Sweden's defense capabilities – for real?
Are you a person who likes structure, takes responsibility, and thrives in a high-tempo environment where your contribution makes a difference every day? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
The Air Warfare School (LSS) is a unit in development, where innovation and modern working methods are a natural part of everyday life. With us, you don't just get a job – you get an opportunity to grow, influence, and contribute to Sweden's security in an organization where your input matters.

As LSS develops into a combat unit, there are increasingly high demands for structure, collaboration, and functional working methods – regardless of the readiness level.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to commanders in operations management, communications, dispatch, and office services
- Follow up on incoming tasks in task lists and support systems
- Support the staff's case handling and preparation of materials

- Unpretentious and solution-oriented
- A team player who supports others and contributes to the whole
- Comfortable in a high-tempo environment with varied and sometimes complex tasks
You share the Swedish Armed Forces' core values and are motivated to contribute to a greater context. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
