Logistics Assistant to the Cyber Defense Unit (1.CFF)

The Cyber Defense Unit (1.CFF) is part of the Armed Forces' capability for armed combat in the cyber domain. We defend the Armed Forces' command support systems through both proactive reconnaissance and reactive handling of IT security incidents. Our sophisticated adversaries have significant resources and high competence, which places high demands on us to protect the systems. As the unit's operations involve handling live missions, you will be an important player in defending Sweden and strengthening our collective capability in the cyber domain.

Main Responsibilities

As a logistics assistant, you will support the unit with the execution of practical logistics tasks such as material management/orders, vehicle management, supply provision, simpler technical services, and property maintenance. Deliver supplies and services within and outside the unit. The role involves both practical tasks and coordination. The tasks vary in content and complexity, focusing on material management such as inventory and warehouse work to support the maintenance and service of the unit's common facilities. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering supplies and services within and outside the unit
• Customer contact, material and vehicle management
• Reporting of materials in the Armed Forces' accounting system

Competence Requirements

• Orderliness, service-mindedness, and responsibility
• Comfortable working with the Office suite
• Approved military basic training (completed or ongoing)
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing
• Good physical ability as the position may involve heavy lifting
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Authorization for support legs and counterbalance truck
• Military driver's license for heavy truck, heavy trailer
• Orderer and/or reporter in LIFT
• Instructor/training experience

For employment with the Armed Forces, Swedish citizenship is required. Employment entails national and international work obligations. A security clearance with a background check will be conducted prior to employment. The selection process will be supplemented with psychological tests.
