In close collaboration with other operational areas, we work on strategic, tactical, and operational issues to ensure that our technical solutions meet both today's and tomorrow's needs. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a software developer with us, you will be part of a team focused on database development. The team's main task is to manage, develop, and future-proof database systems that enable the provision of Lantmäteriet's digital information linked to a specific geographical location. All access to our databases is done via services, which means high demands on availability, performance, robustness, and scalability. Our solutions must work stably over time, even under high load. The team works independently and takes joint responsibility for planning, prioritizing, and executing their work. You will be responsible for the entire development chain, from requirement management and process analysis to development, testing, delivery, and maintenance. You will have a close dialogue with the business and be responsible for the contacts required to drive both your own and the team's work forward.

We highly value knowledge sharing and see it as a given that you contribute to the team's common working methods. You will follow established frameworks and actively participate in the continuous improvement work. In the same way, the team supports you in your introduction and further skills development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree in IT and previous work experience as a software developer. You have experience in database development and data modeling and have a good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is a merit if you have experience with:

• PostgreSQL/PostGIS
• Transaction-intensive systems with large data volumes
• Agile working methods and version control, such as Git
• Linux
• Development in Python and/or Java
• Requirements analysis

The role also requires you to stay up to date and monitor developments in your profession.

The position is security classified, which means that you must be a Swedish citizen and that a security review with background check and security interview will be conducted before employment.
