Do you want to work in a stable and growing company where quality, long-term relationships, and local engagement go hand in hand? At LBC‑Ängstorp, you will be part of an organization with over 80 years of experience in the transport and construction industry, and a vital cog in a team that makes a difference every day for businesses, municipalities, and individuals in the region.
About the Company
LBC‑Ängstorp is a well-known and appreciated name in Laholm and its surroundings. With four business areas: Construction, Transport & Storage, Workshop, and Material & Recycling, we offer comprehensive solutions that create security for our customers and opportunities for our employees. We value quality, job satisfaction, and long-term collaborations, and always work with a clear intention to develop both ourselves and our services.
About the Role
As a Site Manager at LBC‑Ängstorp, you will be a key person in our projects. You will hold everything together, drive the work forward, and at the same time create security and structure for both customers and colleagues. You will have a broad responsibility where you lead our projects from planning to final delivery, ensuring that everything is done with high quality, good economy, and a strong focus on the environment and working conditions. In this role, you will be the natural hub at the workplace. You will collaborate closely with team colleagues and be the one who ensures that our projects are managed with a steady hand, clear communication, and high professionalism. Here, you will have both responsibility and mandate – and you will be an important representative for LBC‑Ängstorp in every project.
Your Responsibilities and Tasks
You will plan, organize, and follow up on production, support the project team, and ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are met. You will have an important external role where you build on our strong customer relationships. You will follow up on projects, capture new business opportunities, and be attentive to both customer needs and market signals. With your presence and engagement, you will contribute to developing work methods, strengthening the business, and ensuring that we continue to be a reliable and appreciated partner in the region.
In your daily work, you will also be responsible for the project's economy from production calculations and purchases to forecasts, reporting, and results. You will ensure that contracts are followed, that changes are handled correctly, and that all documentation is updated and accurate.
As a leader, you will create a safe and structured workplace where our employees and subcontractors thrive and perform. You will lead the team in daily work, hold meetings, follow up on time reports and team performance. If necessary, you will also step in as a deputy for the project's representative.
In short, you are the one who makes the projects work in reality. A combination of leader, organizer, and business-oriented problem solver who wants to help develop both the projects and the business forward.
Qualifications
We believe you have a background that gives you confidence in both technology, leadership, and project management. You may have a degree in engineering or equivalent work experience that allows you to quickly understand the structure and requirements of projects.
You have at least five years of experience in similar roles within earth and construction projects, where you have been responsible for planning, economy, and execution. You are comfortable with digital tools and see systems as natural aids in your daily work. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a B driver's license as the role involves travel between different workplaces.
Personal Qualities
To thrive with us – and to succeed in the role – we see that you have a combination of structure, engagement, and forward-looking drive:
Flexible – you adapt quickly to changing conditions and see opportunities in most things.
Structured – you plan, organize, and prioritize work in a way that creates order even in a busy everyday life.
Leadership Strong – you motivate, engage, and create a cohesive team that works towards the same goals.
Business-oriented – you have a good economic understanding and work with a focus on quality, cost awareness, and profitability.
