DCS Total Bygg & Markservice AB is looking for a driven and business-oriented carpenter with supervisory and project management responsibilities in Gothenburg. Do you want to take full responsibility for projects – from customer contact and quotes to completion? Then this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for customer contact and build long-term relationships
• Cost estimation and quote preparation
• Plan, coordinate, and lead projects on-site
• Budget and financial responsibility
• Follow up on results and ensure quality, time, and economy
• Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as a carpenter and supervisor
• Experience in project management or supervision
• Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented
• Driving license B
• Swedish spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Technical education in construction
• Experience in contract law (AB/ABT)
• Previous budget or financial responsibility
• Experience in procurement
• Network in the Gothenburg area

Competencies:

• Project management, experience
• Cost estimation, construction
• Budget responsibility
• Quote preparation
• Result follow-up

Education:

• Post-secondary education, two years or longer
• Focus: Construction and civil engineering / Project management

Salary:

The position has variable piece-rate or commission salary. Compensation is based on a percentage per project and results per month. Therefore, the salary is affected by the number of completed projects and the scope of the projects.
