As a concrete worker, you will be responsible for pouring, reinforcing, and formwork in various construction projects for our client. You will prepare and mix concrete, set forms, and ensure proper reinforcement and surface treatment. You are expected to follow drawings and work instructions closely, as well as collaborate with the team to ensure that the project's timeline and quality are maintained. The role also involves upholding safety regulations and reporting progress to the supervisor.

We are looking for someone with a high school education and/or two years of work experience preferably in concrete work. A driver's license is required, as well as good physical condition. You also need basic computer skills to document the work process.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with concrete technology and have good skills in reading drawings and also hold a crane operator's license. Previous work in large projects or international environments is also appreciated.

You should also be responsible as a person, meaning you take responsibility for your work and ask questions if you feel uncertain. You need to be proactive while having self-awareness, helping out where needed but not making risky decisions in unclear situations.
