As a concrete worker, you will be responsible for pouring, reinforcing, and formwork in various construction projects for our client. You will prepare and mix concrete, set forms, and ensure proper reinforcement and surface treatment. You are expected to follow drawings and work instructions closely, as well as collaborate with the team to ensure that the project’s timeline and quality are maintained. The role also involves upholding safety regulations and reporting progress to the supervisor.

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma and/or two years of work experience preferably in concrete work. A driver's license is required, as well as good physical condition. You also need to have basic computer skills to document the work process.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with concrete technology and have good knowledge of reading blueprints and also have a crane operator license. Previous work in large projects or international environments is also appreciated.

You should also be responsible as a person, meaning that you take responsibility for your work and ask questions if you feel uncertain. You need to be proactive while also having self-awareness; thus, you help where needed but do not make risky decisions in unclear situations. You work well both in a group and independently, and we see your positive attitude and strong work ethic as a given.
