About Ytterbyhemmet

We are a residence with 92 apartments for people with care needs, dementia, or psychogeriatric care. Here, we work together to create security, quality of life, and joy for our residents.

Your role with us

As a night assistant nurse, you will work throughout the residence and in the flexible care unit. You will be an important part of a team where care, development, and community are at the center.

Job Responsibilities

As an assistant nurse at Ytterbyhemmet, you are a key person in our tenants' lives. You work based on the national values of elderly care, where self-determination, security, and meaningfulness are central.

You will:

• Strengthen the tenant's abilities and resources.
• Assist with personal care, cleaning, and laundry.
• Document interventions and follow up on needs.
• Perform health and medical care tasks delegated by a nurse.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals in the team.

Qualifications

Are you the one we are looking for?

• We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse and want to work in a care and nursing home. You have a genuine interest in people and are driven to make a difference 💫.
• You should be interested in working with development and change, have good collaboration skills, initiative, and be able to work independently.
• It is important that you are interested in people, have a strong commitment, see opportunities, have a sense of responsibility, and focus on the individual needs of the users.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, as well as good computer skills, are required.

Meritorious:

• It is meritorious if you have previously worked in healthcare.
• It is meritorious if you have previously worked nights.
• A B driver's license is meritorious but not a requirement; however, you should be able to get to and from work in the evenings and weekends when public transport is less frequent.
