We are looking for a structured and driven project coordinator for a long-term consulting assignment with a larger industrial company. The role involves a central function in the project operations with a focus on ensuring progress from planning to execution. For the right person, there are good opportunities for permanent employment over time.

The assignment involves a coordinating role with significant responsibility and many points of contact. The work focuses on ensuring progress, following up on activities, and identifying and managing obstacles that may affect project execution. The role suits a person who thrives in an operational environment and wants to actively contribute to daily project work.

The role includes working closely with the project team and helping to maintain pace and direction in the projects. Responsibilities include, among other things:• Coordinating activities and ensuring that work proceeds according to plan• Following up on status and ensuring that the next steps are taken in a timely manner• Identifying risks and driving issues towards solutions• Creating and maintaining structure in the daily work of the projects• Collaborating with multiple functions, both internally and externally

A technical educational background is seen as a prerequisite for quickly understanding the content and context of the projects.

Good system skills are required, as well as experience working with established tools, preferably MS Project and the Office suite.

Experience from project-based work or the manufacturing industry is an advantage.

The role requires a person with strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently. A structured approach, good prioritization skills, and a natural ability to create order and progress are central. Furthermore, good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with many different points of contact are valued.
