With overall responsibility for home care, home health care, and home rehabilitation in Linköping, we work together to ensure that more people receive the right support in their daily lives and can live at home with increased quality of life. As a coordinator with us, you will have a central role with great opportunity to influence daily operations. You will work closely with colleagues and operations in an organization with short decision-making paths and active collaboration across operational boundaries.

Your Role

As a coordinator in home care, you will make everyday life work for both clients and employees. You will ensure that the right service is provided to the right person, at the right time, every day. You are responsible for:

• Planning and coordinating daily operations
• Ensuring staffing, scheduling, and managing changes in daily operations
• Maintaining ongoing contact and collaboration with caseworkers, clients, and relatives
• Managing orders and documentation in the operational system (Treserva)

Work in home care is dynamic, and conditions can change rapidly. Therefore, you need to be able to prioritize, make decisions, and find solutions on the spot. You will work closely with the operations manager and be an important part of contributing to structure and quality in the organization.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and confident in a coordinating role. You have experience planning and prioritizing in a daily environment that can sometimes be complex and changing, preferably within home care or similar operations. You collaborate well with others and communicate clearly and professionally. With your commitment, you contribute to a good work climate and a co-creative working method that strengthens quality and trust in the organization.

Qualifications

• Trained nursing assistant with protected title
• Experience working as a coordinator in home care or municipal care and support
• Good computer skills and experience with planning and scheduling systems
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Experience working in Treserva
