We are now looking for a seasonal Property Caretaker in Visby!

What does the job entail?

As a property caretaker, your responsibilities include lawn mowing, maintenance of flower beds, pruning of bushes and trees, as well as painting and some repairs, and maintenance of environmental houses, among other tasks. You will be part of a team with 7 other colleagues but should be able to work independently and plan your own work. The job is varied and suits those who enjoy physical work.

Who are you?

We expect you to have experience in gardening and/or repairs, and good experience in driving tractors and lawn mowers. Training and practical experience in using chainsaws and brush cutters are also advantageous. A valid driver's license (B) is required.

In the role of Property Caretaker, you will work closely with customers and represent Klarabo. Qualities such as responsibility and attention to detail are important to deliver high-quality results. You must show commitment and contribute to a good community in the workplace.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

About the position

The position is a full-time seasonal employment from May 1 to September 30, 2026. You must be able to work the entire period to be considered for the job. You will report to our Manager in Visby.
