JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a quality responsible care assistant who wants to combine care work with an important mission - to raise the quality and competence in our operations. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and make a difference.

About the Role

The assignment includes, together with the unit manager, following up and monitoring the quality work in your work group. This includes, among other things, ensuring that guidelines and routines are followed, and that the work group works towards achieving the established goals of the operations. You are part of the work group and also engage in regular care work. The role includes coaching and mentoring colleagues as well as collaborating with other professionals.

Your Responsibilities

• Follow up on quality work and ensure that routines are adhered to
• Guide and coach colleagues in the work group
• Participate in improvement work and contribute to achieving the goals of the operations
• Collaborate with the unit manager and other quality responsible care assistants

QUALIFICATIONS

• Trained care assistant with professional certification
• Experience and knowledge of care and nursing
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability

Probationary employment may be applied. Karlskrona municipality works with full-time as the norm and offers 100% employment rate but with the possibility of part-time. Working hours are scheduled during days and evenings on weekdays and weekends. Karlskrona municipality works with collaborative shifts, which means that part of the working hours may be performed at another workplace.
