We are looking for an experienced project engineer for one of Sweden's most complex and technically advanced infrastructure projects. The role involves working in a client organization with planning, management, and follow-up of larger contracts in rock and construction.

You will work closely with project management, contractors, and technical specialists in a project with high demands on structure, quality, and delivery capability.

Responsibilities

• Support project management in planning, execution, and follow-up of contracts
• Drive and develop work within quality, risk, and project management
• Work with budgets, forecasts, and financial follow-up
• Participate in follow-up of time, cost, and risk in projects
• Ensure structure in document management and reporting
• Coordinate and participate in meetings with contractors and internal functions
• Contribute to the development of work methods and routines within the project
• Follow up on deliveries, contracts, and the project's overall goals

Workplace

Stockholm. The work will initially take place from the office but will partially be located at the workplace/establishment area during the project's implementation phase.

Scope

Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. Some flexibility is required for work outside office hours as needed.

Mandatory Requirements

• University degree in construction, civil engineering, or economics
• At least 3 years of experience in the role of project engineer or equivalent role in construction and civil engineering projects
• Documented experience in budgeting, forecasting, quality work, and risk management in at least one contract project
• Experience working in contracts where Construction AMA and MER have been applied
• Good ability to express oneself in Swedish in speech and writing

Desirable Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in projects with a contract sum over 200 million SEK
• Experience working in a client organization in contract projects over 100 million SEK
• Experience of international work or studies where English has been the primary language (at least 6 months)
• Experience from complex infrastructure projects, such as tunnels, railways, or larger construction contracts
• Strong understanding of project administration, contract follow-up, and quality control
