Store Associate Wanted at Coop Eriksberg

We are now seeking a new team member for our Coop Eriksberg store. We want you to have a good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, to see the customer's needs, and to deliver the best customer service in the industry with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative and are happy to come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, selling, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

You will primarily work at our checkout but also with other common tasks in the store, such as;

• Restocking shelves and facing products
• Building displays on sales tables and end caps
• Working with inventory and shrinkage
• Conducting quality controls
• Keeping the store clean and tidy

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. You thrive on being active and working physically. Working in a store offers you a varied job in sometimes a fast-paced environment, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in grocery retail, preferably in a checkout role, is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is equally important to us at Coop.

The position is a permanent employment of 20 hours/week with start date according to agreement. Working hours vary and are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. We apply a probationary period. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

• Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing are required
• Must be at least 18 years old to work independently at the checkout
• Experience and competence from retail and/or other service professions are meritorious
• Previous experience in a checkout role is meritorious
