We are looking for a new Franchisee for our Circle K Kode station!

The station is located in Kode, Kungälv municipality, with both residential and business areas nearby, as well as close access to traffic on the E6.

The business includes a store, car wash, and trailer rental.

As a Franchisee in Circle K Sweden AB, you gain access to a strong concept and a brand with a good reputation. You operate the service station as an independent entrepreneur in your own limited company and collaborate loyally within Circle K's concept. We are looking for someone who is business-driven and passionate about running a service station under a strong brand.

Your station and your work will be an important link in a well-established and strong chain of stations.

You are a good leader who understands the importance of motivating and leading your employees.

You have a focus on details and a good grasp of the overall business.

Quality and customer service are key concepts for how you run the business.

You should have good financial skills and preferably have experience from similar operations.

Revenue Circle K Kode:

• Fuel: 3,340,000 liters
• Store: 8,100,000 SEK
• Car Wash: 400,000 SEK
• Trailer Rental: 250,000 SEK

In total, it involves a business of approximately three million for inventory, stock, and transfer.

Access is planned for autumn 2026.
