Your mission

We work on behalf of the commissioning units for Disability Services, Social Services for Individuals and Families, and Elderly Care.

We provide support to individuals with various disabilities such as intellectual disabilities, psychiatric diagnoses, autism spectrum disorders, and/or ADHD, harmful use and addiction, as well as comorbidity, who live in their own homes throughout Haninge municipality.

The tasks are determined by the assignment and may involve daily support at home or with grocery shopping, establishing structure and routines, assistance with authority contacts, and care. Our goal is to increase the individual's ability to become as secure and independent as possible.

As a temporary and summer substitute, you will work with different clients based on the needs of the organization. You will work according to the individual's implementation plan together with the client based on the goals in the assignment. We operate based on established routines. There is always a colleague or team leader available if questions arise during your shift.

We usually work weekdays and occasional weekend shifts. We would like you to be able to work full-time for several weeks during the summer.

We have an office centrally located in Handen next to the commuter train station.

What we are looking for in you

• Social educator YH or Basic healthcare education with a focus on psychiatry or equivalent suitable supplementary training (or studying at a university in a relevant program)
• Experience with the target group
• Knowledge of and ability to manage digital systems
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement as we have documentation responsibilities
• You have a B driver's license

Desirable qualifications

• MI - Motivational Interviewing
• ESL - An Independent Life
• Documentation according to IBIC or other areas within social services
• Low-affect approach
• Knowledge of digital systems, especially LifeCare, Medvind

A driver's license is a requirement, as we have a vehicle in the organization. We also use public transportation here in Haninge when it fits the addresses of our clients.
