On behalf of our client Vincents, we are now looking for a mechanic who wants to be part of an engaged team in Varberg. In this role, the focus is primarily on the living area of motorhomes and caravans, where you will work with service, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role is suitable for you who are technically inclined, meticulous, and enjoy solving practical problems in a varied workday!

As a mechanic, you will work with troubleshooting, service, and repair of vehicles. An important part of the job is to identify faults, perform checks, and ensure that the vehicles meet high quality standards before they are delivered. You will update cost estimates after troubleshooting and carry out repairs after approval.

The work also includes delivery service where you check vehicles according to set standards before delivery. If something deviates, you will update cost estimates and address the issues after approval.

The role also includes conducting moisture tests on incoming vehicles and documenting the results in the work order.

You will work both independently and together with colleagues in the workshop to ensure that each vehicle meets the company's quality requirements.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and vehicles who thrives in a practical work environment. As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude towards both work and colleagues. You are social and cooperative, but also self-driven and able to take your own initiatives when you see something that needs to be done. You enjoy a role where you can take responsibility and where quality in work is important.

You have a strong work ethic, are structured in your work approach, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team. It is also important that you are service-minded and can communicate clearly, as parts of the job involve contact with customers and documentation of completed work.

• Previous experience in mechanical, technical, or other practical work

• Swedish language skills in both speech and writing

• B driver's license

• Basic knowledge of English

• Good computer skills, for example in the Office suite and Google Sheets

It is advantageous if you have a vehicle technology education or several years of experience as a mechanic. Experience working with motorhomes or caravans. Additional driving licenses (BE, C, D, or E) as well as knowledge or experience of Lean are also considered advantageous.
