The vaccination operation, which is part of the infection clinic, emerged during the pandemic in 2021 and is now responsible for large parts of the vaccination work in the region in collaboration with other operations within and outside the region.

We operate clinics in about 20 locations in Värmland to be as close and accessible as possible to our citizens, and you will meet our visitors at our 6 clinics in the north.

Your Tasks

As a nurse with us, you will have a significant role, both clinically and organizationally. You will be the hub of vaccination work in northern Värmland and responsible for information transfer to our staff on-site at the clinics.

Your other tasks include, among others:

• Vaccinations.
• Consultation both physically and via phone contact.
• Handling patient cases via digital contacts.
• Leading and instructing temporary staff.
• Responsibility for medications and their orders.
• Structuring and planning your own workdays in consultation with your manager.
• Communicating with colleagues and patients through digital tools.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for a licensed nurse with a few years of experience. A B driver's license is required as travel is part of the working hours.

Meritorious are:

• Experience in vaccination work and infectious medicine.
• Leading and organizing daily work and relevant staff.
• Experience in handling various digital tools for documentation and communication.

We are a pleasant workplace where we learn from each other, develop together, and have fun in everyday life.

As a person, you work independently and are self-driven. You take responsibility for tasks and find solutions by planning and prioritizing. You are social, pedagogical, and accommodating towards both patients and colleagues. You have a good ability to lead and engage others and contribute to a positive work environment.
