About the position

As a Power Engineer, you will work broadly with the electricity grid, from long-term network development and capacity analysis to operational problem-solving and quality assurance. You will act as a strategic technical bridge and support the facility manager, project designers, preparers, and operations staff within the Electricity Network.

Responsibilities

As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing the electricity grid. This includes conducting feasibility studies for network reinforcement, managing capacity assessments, and providing technical support during operational disturbances and quality assurance of the network. You will be a central link between various technical teams and contribute to the implementation of new technical solutions.

• Drive investigations and feasibility studies for long-term network development.
• Conduct capacity analyses and power assessments for network reinforcement.
• Act as an expert in unforeseen problems in the electricity grid.
• Work with voltage quality and investigations related to operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate, order, and document assignments involving external suppliers.
• Investigate new technical solutions to optimize the network.

We are looking for you who

• Have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a Master's degree in electrical engineering
• Are fluent in Swedish and English
• Have a B driver's license
