About the position

At Inre Kraft i Norr AB, we are now looking for part-time substitutes for our staffing unit until the summer. To be considered for the position, you also need to be able to work during the summer months, as the extent is 75 - 100 %.

Working hours: Our work takes place every day of the year, and since the assignment is time-critical, we are looking for someone who is prepared for shift work and can work both days and evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Location of the position: The workplace is located in Boden. If you live in another location or lack a driver's license and car, it is important that you ensure before applying that you can get to the workplace for shift work on weekdays and weekends between 06:00 and 22:00, regardless of public transport schedules. Please note that public transport schedules may vary, especially during holidays.

Start date: Since the assignment requires a thorough introduction, we would like you to start as soon as possible.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will, together with the team, be responsible for staffing short-term absences at Inre Kraft and at our sister companies within the group across the country. This means that you will ensure every day that our clients receive their services staffed – something that is crucial for their lives and safety.

The work therefore requires high accuracy, structure, and a strong ability to deliver at the highest level, even under pressure.

Here you need to be able to handle rapid changes and make well-founded decisions within given frameworks, often under time pressure. You must be comfortable taking initiative, driving your work forward, and acting independently when the situation requires it. At the same time, you are a person who enjoys interacting with others, is clear in your communication, and meets both clients and colleagues with professionalism.

With us, you will become part of a close-knit team that supports, encourages, and helps each other – but where you are also expected to take responsibility for your part of the work. If you have previous experience in customer service or computer work, it is an advantage.
