Job Responsibilities As a Service Salesperson, you will plan, lead, and distribute the daily work for the workshop, as well as ensure that the completed work meets deadlines and quality standards - from booking work, preparations, and receiving customers and vehicles. The role includes optimizing the workshop's operations and productivity. Responsibilities include receiving workshop customers both through in-person visits and phone calls and preparing cost estimates for ordered repairs and service work.

• Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.

• Ensure that efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all levels, from the first contact with the customer to final delivery.

• Explain various options for actions and present different alternatives based on the customer's needs.

Key Competencies/Skills:

• High school education in automotive technology or equivalent vocational training

• A couple of years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, where you have demonstrated good social skills and delivery towards customers

• Good computer and phone skills

• Valid driver's license (B)

• Strong sense of service and the attitude to find the best solutions for your customers

• Goal-oriented and driven
